We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all content on the Website is correct, up to date and accurate. Please note that in the event of any inadvertent administrative error being identified, non-acceptance of an order by us may occur, subject to your statutory rights.
We also make every effort to ensure that the Products we supply correspond as closely as possible to the products displayed online, but there may be some variations as natural materials have unique characteristics. No responsibility can be accepted for these variations, which all add to the unique characteristics of our products. Such variations may include, but are not limited to: variations in colour, pattern repeats and product sizes (which are approximate) and may vary by up to 5%. Please note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the product is fit for purpose for the end use.
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from this Website at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this Website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Website; refusing to process a transaction or reversing or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

To be eligible to purchase products on this Website you must be over 18 years of age, register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information also provide a valid delivery address and a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us.
The Product prices displayed include VAT and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. All orders are processed by our team in our UK studio. Once your order has been accepted by us and it is prepared for dispatch, we will send you an email order confirmation. All orders are subject to availability.
You may commission us to design products, which are not displayed on the Website for the supply of products made to your specifications. Commissioned work will be governed by these Terms and Conditions to the extent necessary to meet the requirements of the Distance Selling Regulations and any other applicable laws or regulations. You will not be entitled to cancel the contract by giving notice in accordance with the Returns Policy below for bespoke products or commissioned work.
All Orders are governed by the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the courts of England and Wales.
Our e-commerce Website is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify Inc. provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. Your data is stored on a secure server behind a firewall and it is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard and American Express. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. We do not take additional fees for varying payment methods, we do not accept cash. We shall take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure, and except where we are negligent, we cannot be held liable for any losses caused as a result of unauthorised access to information provided by you.
Once Products have been delivered, you may return them within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Should you wish to return an item for any reason, please email us with your order details to [email protected], and we will advise you how to proceed with your return and the address for your returns delivery. When returning products, please return them to us together with proof of purchase (a receipt or delivery note). We ask that you take reasonable care when handling the products and return the products unopened, unused and in the original packaging where possible. Authorised refunds are made via the method of original payment.
Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to any returned products in transit and as such, we recommend that you return any products through a recorded delivery or courier service, and ensure that they are well packaged. You will be fully responsible for the cost of returned orders. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you, or refund any amounts attributable to you through loss or damage.
Bespoke commissioned products are non-refundable and non-returnable.
You recognise and agree that all copyright, database rights, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material and/or content of this Website is owned by CLAIRE GAUDION or our licensors and shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors as expressly authorized by us or our licensors.
You agree fully to indemnify, defend and hold us, and our officers, directors, employees, agents and suppliers, harmless immediately on demand, from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of the Conditions by you or any other liabilities arising out of your use of this Website, or the use by any other person accessing the Website using your shopping account and/or your Personal Information.
We make no representations about any other Websites which you may access through our Website or which may link to our Website. When you access any other Website you understand that it is independent from us and that we have no control over the content or availability of that Website.
