CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES of stock orders
To guarantee UK delivery before Christmas, please order by 20 Dec 2017.
Orders placed after 21 Dec 2017 will be shipped on 4 Jan 2018.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 days of order placement if your order is a stock item. Order times may vary for some non-stock items, and for these products, guide delivery times or further information is given on our product pages. If for any reason, an ordered item is not available for dispatch within 1-2 days, we will notify you by email on receipt of your order.
Please note that fabric orders of 3 metres or less are sent folded. Orders of 3 metres and over are delivered rolled.
Our shipping methods may require a signature on receipt, so please ensure that there will be someone there to receive and sign for your Order. We will not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if the couriers are unable to obtain a signature on delivery.
For UK and Channel Islands deliveries: Orders are sent using First Class Royal Mail or Next Day Courier services and require a signature on receipt. We are currently offering free UK and Channel Islands delivery on all orders, except furniture.
For Worldwide deliveries: Some items are only available to UK customers. Please see individual product details for more information. International orders are sent using Royal Mail or International Courier services and require a signature on receipt. Please note that any import duties or fees payable on worldwide deliveries are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. We estimate that international deliveries will take approximately 10-15 working days to arrive. We will not be liable for delays due to any Customs reasons.
Please note that our website prices include VAT at the current UK rate. If you are not eligible to pay VAT, this will be refunded to you within 1-2 days following your placing an order, and prior to your order being shipped.
We are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them. The products belong to you, the customer, when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.
If goods arrive damaged they must be signed for as such and contact made to our customer services by email, firstname.lastname@example.org, within 48 hours. We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.
Once Products have been delivered, you may return them within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Should you wish to return an item for any reason, please email us with your order details to email@example.com, and we will advise you how to proceed with your return and the address for your returns delivery. When returning products, please return them to us together with proof of purchase (a receipt or delivery note). We ask that you take reasonable care when handling the products and return the products unopened, unused and in the original packaging where possible. Authorised refunds are made via the method of original payment.
Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to any returned products in transit and as such, we recommend that you return any products through a recorded delivery or courier service, and ensure that they are well packaged. You will be fully responsible for the cost of returned orders. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you, or refund any amounts attributable to you through loss or damage.
