Delivery and Returns

We deliver to the UK and Channel Islands only.

Delivery Times

Although we hold some stock in the UK, we source many of our products from specialist suppliers and manufacturers located outside the UK, so any quoted delivery times are estimates only, and we will not be liable for any delay in delivery caused by any unforeseen event or factor beyond our reasonable control.

Custom made products are available as stated on the relevant webpage. If you order an item that is not available within the target delivery time, we will contact you as soon as possible.

All deliveries are made by reputable one person couriers to a ground floor entrance. We will advise you in your shipping confirmation of your anticipated delivery date and tracking number, if applicable. Please make sure you will be there to receive your delivery, and we will also let you know if your delivery requires two people to lift and carry any item, in which case you agree to ensure that someone will be available to help. Please note that Rugs are delivered rolled up.

You must sign for your delivery, so please thoroughly check its condition and completeness, immediately informing the courier about any obvious damage to your order (or packaging), write the details on the delivery confirmation before signing, and then tell us in writing (preferably by email to


Please see our Terms of Sale should you wish to exercise your statutory rights to return a product under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

If the item is delivered defective, damaged in transit, the wrong product was delivered, or parts are missing, you should report this within 48 hours of delivery, and please provide reasonable evidence in the form of photos so that we can make a claim on the courier if appropriate.

Should you need to return a faulty product please inform us in writing (preferably via email to:, including your order number and stating the reason for the return, and we will provide you with a return shipping address, however you are responsible for arranging and paying for the return of the product to us. We may, at our discretion, offer to arrange collection of the product.

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged with all its component parts, and the original delivery note included. You remain fully responsible for the product until it arrives safely back to us, so we recommend using a signed for and insured courier.

Once received back, we will examine the product and where a fault is found we will confirm whether the product can be replaced (at your option), or will be refunded, as well as refunding any standard shipping costs.
