Roque Noir Rug

Roque Noir mixes a delicate colour palette of beige and pale grey with a striking weave pattern. Handwoven from wool and viscose linen yarns in Portugal by expert artisan weavers using traditional shuttle looms.

Rooted in family tradition and island heritage, this rug takes it's names from the reefs and fishing marks off the coast of Guernsey; island locations frequently fished by Claire’s Dad, 
a fisherman of many generations. Rugged reefs and ever-changing ocean landscapes are referenced in the woven structures that mesh together colour and form to enrich textural details.

These unique flat weave rugs offer timeless and versatile designs for interiors, both contract and residential. New Zealand wool is dyed by our manufacturers with contract quality dyes to ensure their longevity of quality and colour.
