FREE UK SHIPPING ON ALL UK ORDERS
We are out of the studio until 4th January 2016. All orders will be processed immediately on our return.
Delivery
We aim to dispatch your product within 1-2 days of order placement if your order is a stock item. Order times may vary for some non-stock items. Delivery times are detailed on the product pages if they are not currently in stock.
Our shipping methods may require a signature on receipt, so please ensure that there will be someone there to receive and sign for your Order. We will not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if the couriers are unable to obtain a signature on delivery.
For UK and Channel Islands deliveries: Orders are sent using First Class Royal Mail or Next Day Courier services and require a signature on receipt. We are currently offering free UK and Channel Islands delivery.
For Worldwide deliveries: Orders are sent using Royal Mail or International Courier services and require a signature on receipt. Please note that any import duties or fees payable on worldwide deliveries are the sole responsibility of you, the customer. We estimate that international deliveries will take approximately 10-15 working days to arrive. We will not be liable for delays due to any Customs reasons.
Risk of Damage in Transit
We are responsible for the risk of loss or damage to the products until you receive them. The products belong to you, the customer, when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.
If goods arrive damaged they must be signed for as such and contact made to our customer services by email, [email protected], within 48 hours. We do not take responsibility for goods that have been damaged after delivery as a result of poor handling or storage.
Cancellations and Returns
Once Products have been delivered, you may return them within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Should you wish to return an item for any reason, please email us with your order details to [email protected], and we will advise you how to proceed with your return and the address for your returns delivery. When returning products, please return them to us together with proof of purchase (a receipt or delivery note). We ask that you take reasonable care when handling the products and return the products unopened, unused and in the original packaging where possible. Authorised refunds are made via the method of original payment.
Please note that we are not liable for any loss or damage to any returned products in transit and as such, we recommend that you return any products through a recorded delivery or courier service, and ensure that they are well packaged. You will be fully responsible for the cost of returned orders. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right to charge you, or refund any amounts attributable to you through loss or damage.
